The primary wood, Walnut, is a hard, tough wood prized in fine furniture design. The accent wood, Wenge, is medium brown, sometimes with a reddish or yellowish hue, with nearly black streaks. No stains or dyes are applied to the woods. The color is the natural state of the wood species. Each sheet of the Handmade Marble Jute Fiber Paper is fair trade certified and eco-friendly, made by artisans in rural Bangladesh who are heads of their households.
