Zebra, Leopard and Ebony Shoji Table Lamp with Roof and Kinwashi Cream Paper
The primary wood, zebra, has a zebra-like appearance due to distinctly narrow veining of the color of the wood, and ranges from dark brown to almost black. Leopard, the secondary wood, is medium to dark reddish brown with grey or light brown rays, which resemble the spots of a leopard. The accent wood, ebony, is a treasured hardwood and is among the naturally blackest woods on the planet.
Kinwashi Cream Paper is made in Japan from kozo plants and manilla hemp fibers.
Features
No stains or dyes are applied to the woods. The color is the natural state of the wood species.
Finish consists of three hand rubbed coats of a special mix of tung, linseed, and Danish oils.
